How to use kettlebells
There are a huge amount of different exercises that can be done using kettlebells, including swings, presses and weighted squat and leg movements. Some say kettlebells date back to ancient Greece, however the first real evidence of kettlebells being used in Russia in the 18th century. Kettlebells are one of the most versatile pieces of training equipment that can be used anywhere.
How to use kettlebells for arms
You can use kettlebells in a similar way to Dumbbells to do basic curl movements. Kettlebells can also be used to perform close grip push movements targeting the triceps. The off balance nature of kettlebells mean you have to recruit many stabiliser muscles not used in conventional dumbbell and barbell training.
Are kettlebells good for weight loss
Kettlebells can be used for full body workouts. Including push, pull movements and weighted squat and leg movements. Kettlebells are hugely versatile and very portable making them an essential part of every home and commercial gym and even those looking to travel with the ultimate do everything piece of kit.
Are kettlebells better than dumbbells
The unbalanced nature of kettlebells mean you recruit many of the stabiliser muscles not used in conventional dumbbell and barbell movements. The grip of a kettlebell also tends to be thicker than that of a dumbbell meaning you are increasing grip strength during every movement. Kettlebells are also much better for swinging movements which are one of the best full body exercises.
