I should have purchased the 28mm ones for sure- 32mm is definitely for large hands but that was entirely my fault!

I don't think these rings can be improved in any way - in my opinion, they are perfect. I'd definitely recommend 32mm for those with big hands. The level of comfort and sturdiness has taken my training to another level. The best training investment I've made!
