Rope threads pulling out on first use
I purchased the GRAVITY FITNESS 38MM BATTLE ROPE 9M. I used it once for 5 minutes and the rope threads were starting to pull out on first use. I did contact the customer support team and received a swift reply to say this is normal. I was rather disappointed with this response and am not very strong so was not using it that intensely during that short initial work out. For the price I would have hoped for better quality, and I just hope this does not start to unravel now other threads have started to appear with relatively light use.
It’s added another level to circuits and I love it
Good quality rope
