I bought these to supplement my other gravity equipment. Now I am not a super fit or jacked guy and I am a bit older.(64). I found that doing some exercises ie pushups and burpees put a strain on my wrists that I didn't like. These parallettes have resolved this problem and actually made these exercises comfortable. The tubing is a nice size for the hand and I'm not a big guy. They are solid and more substantial than what I thought they would be. They have feet to protect the floor. They are probably now my go to piece of gear because they have made those awful burpees comfortable and that will lead to more fitness gains. (apologies to the burpee purists out there;).

A great solid pair of parallettes. Easy to put together with tools provided. Really comfortable to use for handstands etc, great overall bit of kit.
