    Battle Ropes are usually used for high intensity interval training (HIIT), a very efficient way to improve cardio vascular fitness, burning calories and improve muscle tone and conditioning. With HIIT cardio you perform short bursts of high intensity exercise usually between 30 seconds a 3 minutes working at 80-100% of your maximum heart rate, followed by a similar period of time rest in between each set.

Absolutely no interest in using this rope for anything fitness related. Bought it for the bottom of my garden to separate the garden from the canal. Almost a third of the price some chandlers were asking. Great quality product though
