We made our weighted vests short and snug to the body so they won’t sag forward or flop around during cardio or calisthenics workouts. You can do press ups, planks, and planche work (and more) in our weighted vests and they won’t budge. Fully adjustable Velcro straps keep the vest close to the body. You can even remove some of the weighted blocks and use as hand weights.
