Not your average dip bars! The Gravity Fitness Freestanding Dip Bars are inspired by OG calisthenics parks to give you the strength and stability of the heavy-duty dip stations, without bolting them into the ground.
These are built for serious training. Tested to over 300kg, the heavy-duty frame is designed to handle weighted dips and dip belt work, handstands, flow work, support holds and more.
The 42mm diameter bars are thicker than a standard pull-up bar and even thicker than our Parallettes - kinder on the wrists, especially when you're spending a lot of time in support positions or working on high-volume dip sessions.
The height is another important feature. These are tall enough for full-range dips and even allow you to use a dip belt to hang additional weight.
Heavy-duty uprights and reinforced brackets help keep the whole station rigid. We tested these hard, pushing them from different directions with lots of load - they showed minimal movement.
And although they're heavy duty, they don't need to stay indoors. The bars are zinc and powder coated, making them suitable for outdoor use all year round. Rubber feet protect indoor floors and help keep the station secure.
At 24.5kg, these aren’t designed to be portable. They're designed to put together, put where you want them, and left there. Assembly takes less than 10 minutes and everything you need is in the box.
