Gravity Fitness Creator Programme Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all applications and participation in the Gravity Fitness Creator Programme.
By applying to the programme, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
Acceptance into the Gravity Fitness Creator Programme is entirely at the discretion of Gravity Fitness.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the programme, eligibility for commissions, or receipt of complimentary products, gift cards, discounts or other creator benefits.
Gravity Fitness reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend or remove any creator from the programme at any time.
2. Creator Support
Gravity Fitness may choose to support selected creators with complimentary products, gift cards, discounts or other benefits to help create authentic content featuring our products.
The level and type of support offered is determined solely by Gravity Fitness and may take into account factors such as content quality, audience engagement, brand alignment, previous performance and the needs of the programme.
Creator support is entirely discretionary and may be changed, increased, reduced or withdrawn at any time.
Any gift cards or discounts issued:
- are non-transferable;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- may only be redeemed through the Gravity Fitness website unless otherwise stated; and
- may be subject to an expiry date.
3. Content Expectations
Where Gravity Fitness provides complimentary products, gift cards, discounts or other creator support, you agree to create and publish original content featuring the supported products within 30 days of receiving your order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The expected quantity and format of content may vary depending on the collaboration and may be communicated separately.
If you are unable to meet this timeframe, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand circumstances can change and appreciate open communication.
Failure to publish content, or to communicate regarding any delay, may affect future creator support and continued participation in the Creator Programme.
4. Authentic Content
We believe the best recommendations come from genuine experience.
Creators are free to share their honest opinions of Gravity Fitness products. We do not require positive reviews or endorsements and encourage creators to only make claims they genuinely believe to be accurate.
5. Affiliate Links & Commission
Creators should use their unique Gravity Fitness affiliate link whenever recommending our products.
Commission rates, payment schedules and qualifying purchases are governed by the current Gravity Fitness Affiliate Programme and may be updated from time to time.
6. Advertising & Disclosure
Creators are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising, consumer protection and endorsement laws in their country, including clearly disclosing gifted products, affiliate relationships or paid collaborations where required.
7. Use of Content
You retain ownership of any original content you create.
By publishing content featuring Gravity Fitness products, you grant Gravity Fitness a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost, reproduce, edit, publish and use that content across our website, social media channels, email marketing, advertising and other promotional materials.
Where practical, Gravity Fitness will endeavour to credit the original creator.
8. Exclusivity
Where Gravity Fitness has provided complimentary products, gift cards or other creator support, you agree not to publish sponsored or gifted promotional content for a directly competing calisthenics equipment brand for 30 days following publication of your Gravity Fitness content, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Gravity Fitness.
This restriction applies only to sponsored or gifted collaborations and does not prevent creators from owning, using or organically discussing products from other brands.
9. Programme Changes
Gravity Fitness may amend these Terms & Conditions, commission rates, creator benefits or any aspect of the Creator Programme at any time.
Any changes will take effect once published on the Gravity Fitness website.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gravity Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the Creator Programme.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the Creator Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
