The Gravity Fitness Gymnastic Rings System contains everything you need to become a certified Ring master. Simply add a counterbalance to equal your own body weight and begin ring training like a pro.
Full kit contains: two wooden rings, two high-strength ropes, two pulleys, two rope pins, two tie-down straps, two weights straps, four climbing carabiners, one harness and a convenient holdall storage bag. All you need to add is the weight to your desired level of tension.
Adjustable resistance allows you to progressively increase difficulty by decreasing the weights, making it suitable for any user and ability. The adaptable design grows with you as you master each move, from the beginning of your calisthenics journey through to advanced athlete level.
Made using the same high-quality you’ve come to expect from any Gravity Fitness product. Built to last, whilst offering optimal comfort and next-level performance and functionality.
Suitable for most Calisthenics, acrobatic and gymnastic moves, the wooden rings provide superior feel and grip compared to their metal counterparts and are built to stand the test of time by using only sturdy, solid wood.
Compact and transportable design coupled with a rapid set-up design, means you can take your ring workout anywhere, from home, to the park, gym, and beyond.

I recently received my gravity fitness assisted calisthenics and gymnastics rings system and was blown away by the quality. Given that this rings system comes in about £100 cheaper than others on the market I wasn't sure what the quality would be. But as always Gravity has produced a quality product that seems like it will stand the test of time and the rigors of calisthenics.
This just made my training get real interesting!
No instructions or help from the company just pure ignorance companies run bye bots im probably going to send it back and buy one with instructions very poor customer service very ignorant
Gravity Fitness Assisted Calisthenics & Gymnastic Rings System
I purchased this but I wasn’t entirely sure what I was expecting. From what I’d seen online, I expected to weigh less (so to speak) but it turns out I’m still heavy as. BUT, I love it for assisted pull ups and muscle up training. Bands are good but you don’t get consistent assistance through the range so the bottoms bit is easy and the top bit is hard still. Using this with some static rings on a bar and weights on the other end of the pulley I can practice higher rep pull ups and muscles up with a consistent effort level throughout the range. My arms work much harder, I feel much more and I can practice muscle ups with more strict technique, especially the transition point.
If you’re on the fence and you’re still relatively new to moves like this, I’d highly recommend getting one. It will 100% help your training!
