5-Year Warranty Coverage

At Gravity Fitness, we stand by the quality and durability of our products. We are committed to providing our customers with exceptional fitness equipment that is built to last.

For all orders processed on or after January 1, 2025, we are pleased to offer a comprehensive 5-year warranty on all products. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects, fair usage policy applies.

What Is Covered?

Our 5-year warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Examples of issues covered include:

  • Structural defects in frames or components.
  • Faulty welding or connections.
  • Material failures that affect the functionality of the product.

Fair Use Policy

Our warranty is subject to fair use guidelines, which means:

  • The product must be used as intended and in accordance with its instructions.
  • Warranty claims may be void if the product shows signs of misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or excessive wear and tear beyond reasonable expectations.

What Is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, or discoloration).
  • Zips, Clothing, Straps and other consumable items.
  • Damage caused by improper assembly, use, or storage.
  • Normal wear and tear, including deterioration of parts such as rubber grips or foam padding.
  • Any issues arising from commercial use unless explicitly stated otherwise.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered under our 5-year warranty:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [insert contact details] with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Provide photos or videos of the defect, if possible, to assist with the evaluation.
  3. Our team will assess your claim and guide you through the next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or other solutions.

Warranty Solutions

The resolution offered will depend on the product and the specific nature of the issue. Typically, we provide replacement parts to address the defect. You will be responsible for installing these parts.. Please note that our warranty covers parts only and does not include on-site assistance, tools, or labour costs.

If replacement parts are unavailable, we may request that the product be returned to us for repair. In such cases, we may arrange for the product to be collected from you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is securely packaged for return. Failure to properly package the product may result in the claim being rejected. Once we receive the item in good condition, we will either repair and return it to you or provide a replacement. If an identical product is no longer available, we will offer a similar alternative.

For orders outside the UK, the same process applies, however return shipping costs are not covered under the warranty. Please take this into consideration when making a purchase. 

In all cases, you will need to provide any information we request to evaluate your claim, such as photos or videos of the issue. 

Additional Terms

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
  • Gravity Fitness reserves the right to determine whether a claim falls under the warranty.
  • In cases where a repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund may be offered at our discretion.
