Gravity Fitness 2 in 1 Squat ramps

"I love these. I am finding using these so much better than using anything else for elevated squats"

Frequently Asked Questions: 2-in-1 Squat Ramps

What are the benefits of using squat ramps?

Squat ramps elevate your heels to improve ankle mobility, deepen squat range-of-motion (including ATG squats an knees over toes training), and reduce joint stress on knees and ankles

How do I adjust the incline?

The set includes four stackable ramps that can be used individually or combined to increase incline and accommodate various squat depths, exercise types, or body mechanics.

Are squat ramps suitable for other exercises?

Yes! They're great for calf and Achilles stretches, knee-over-toes drills, and mobility work, making them perfect for strength and rehab protocols.

I’m not sure if squat ramps are right for me. Where can I find more information?

We’ve created a full Squat Ramps Buyers Guide that explains when to use a ramp, how to set incline angles, stack heights, and match them to your training goals and ankle mobility.

What materials and build quality do the ramps offer?

Made from solid, rubberized construction, the ramps offer a grippy platform with enough durability for both home and commercial use.

Are they beginner-friendly?

Absolutely. The ramps help users with limited ankle mobility squat deeper without pain—plus they’re simple to use and don’t require extra gear.

Do the ramps support heavy load work?

Yes. Designed for traditional and weighted squats, they allow you to increase load and range-of-motion safely. Just ensure they’re stacked evenly on a level surface.

How should I care for them?

Wipe them down with a damp cloth after use, avoid exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures, and store them flat or stacked upright to maintain their shape.

What warranty and support are included?

Gravity Fitness backs the squat ramps with a 5-year warranty and a 60-day extended return policy, all supported by our in-house customer service.
