With no screws or bolts, the convenient Gravity Fitness Bodyweight & Pull Up Rack can be assembled in only a few minutes. Once disassembled, it can be easily stored out of the way in the carry bag provided.

Want more height and more stability? Add the extension kit which extends the rack to 2.2m in height so you can dead hang, muscle up, and strict pull. The sky’s (almost) the limit!

Whilst we can’t guarantee zero wobbles like a non-portable rig, but we can promise minimal movement. This extension kit is secure and sturdy thanks to quality materials, welding, and gussets on the bar which eliminate rocking.

How to use the portable pull up bar?
The Gravity Fitness Portable Pull Up Rack has been designed to be used anywhere. The whole thing folds down into the included bag in under 2 minutes and can be assembled in the same amount of time. We use locking pins meaning absolutely no tools are required to assemble the pull up rack.

Are pull ups a good compound exercise?
Pull ups are one of the best exercises for strengthening the back muscles. Doing pull ups will also recruit your biceps, shoulders and pectoral muscles. We at Gravity Fitness believe everyone should be including pull ups into their workouts and believe all men should be able to perform at least 10 strict pull ups and at least 5 for woman – the question is can you?

Are pull ups good for posture?
Pull ups will improve posture by building strength in your “Pull Muscles” which will strengthen and tighten your back over time. As a general rule you should be doing as many pull movements as you are push to ensure balance throughout your body.

Does the extension kit affect the portability of my rack?

The extension kit is as portable as your Pull Up Rack. It fits in your existing rack bag and requires no additional tools for assembly.

Can I do kipping exercises with the extended rack?

No, the rack is lightweight (which is how it can be portable) which means kipping could cause it to tip. Stick to strict movements.

What new exercises can I perform with the extended rack?

The increased height allows for muscle ups, dead hangs, and other exercises that require more vertical space.

Good Rack, for portability needs another bag

The delivery with UPS to Spain didn't work. They wanted to declare the package through customs. After 4 weeks of discussion with UPS we gave up. The shipment with DPD arrived after another 8 days - at no additional cost. Thanks to the customer service! The bag is unfortunately of poor quality, the zipper broke the first time it was used and overall the bag doesn't seem durable. The pull up rack, on the other hand, seems very solid and durable. It's quick and easy to assemble. I am happy with the product, only the paintwork could be better, in some places the paint is peeling off. An end cap was missing, but that doesn't affect the function. I live in a mobile home and in some places there was no possibility for hanging up the gym rings. Now it is possible everywhere!

I received it yesterday and so far I can only say it really is easy to assemble and works fine, its just as I had expected. I had some problems to have it delivered from UK to Spain but the customer service of Gravity Fitness were awesome, they answered me really fast and they gave me solutions, thank you very much.

Delivered in time. Easy to set up, feels very stable even without the extension kit. Great product if you have limited space and no place to hang a pull up bar.

It's great, but wish it were taller

I'm loving the rack. I just wish it were a bit taller since my feet touch the ground at the bottom of leg lifts, even with the extension kit. I'm about average height, 6ft. Also the end picks up when I have it sideways for bodyweight rows, so I will need to get sand bags. Overall it feels very sturdy and was very simple to assemble.
