This is very well made (nicely cushioned), is sturdy on the ground, and can be swooped up in a second to make space or move. It’s even comfortable enough to be a second bed for my daughter, which isn’t always a convenient thing when approaching exercise. I bought it on a bit of a whim rather than a need, but it added a lot to my training options and comfort.

More crash mat than yoga mat
Bought this as I love being upside down on the rings and wanted something a bit softer than the concrete floor to land on, should it go sideways. Firm foam padding, large enough to be used for handstand practice etc, ideal for practicing new cali skills safely. Good value for money and a welcomed addition to my garage gym.
