Very useful to have if you intend to spend a decent amount of time upside down. I began training for handstand daily just over three weeks ago and after a fortnight my wrists were starting to feel as if a nerve was about to be pinched as well as feeling pretty stiff. I've now used these for a week and have had zero issues since, so these straps have paid dividends. These don't replace a good wrist warm up but are a very good supplement and I can wholeheartedly recommend them and Gravity Fitness as well. Glad there is a supplier of good quality equiptment in the U.K.
