  • The Gravity Fitness Gymnastic Rings System contains everything you need to become a certified Ring master. Simply add a counterbalance to equal your own body weight and begin ring training like a pro.

    Full kit contains: two wooden rings, two high-strength ropes, two pulleys, two rope pins, two tie-down straps, two weights straps, four climbing carabiners, one harness and a convenient holdall storage bag. All you need to add is the weight to your desired level of tension.

    Adjustable resistance allows you to progressively increase difficulty by decreasing the weights, making it suitable for any user and ability. The adaptable design grows with you as you master each move, from the beginning of your calisthenics journey through to advanced athlete level.
