Excellent resistance bands
After going through about half a dozen sets of bands from other stores which usually snap, rip or tear after a few uses and are mostly far to light to be of any real use, these are the real deal.
Even the tension on the weakest band is sufficient for things like side or front raises and the other bands get progressively stronger and can be used in a wide range of exercises. I haven't even used the strongest band yet as the first 3 provide a more than adequate amount of resistance for most exercises and are suitable for all experiences of trainee.
Don't be fooled into thinking that bands are for beginners or the weak, these absolutely provide as much resistance as you'll need, for both men and women, indeed the hardest bands will almost certainly be too much for a lot of people.
They're very robust, made from thick rubber, stretch well and look unlikely to rip or tear even at maximum stretch which is a bonus as getting slapped in the face by stretched elastic is not pleasant, particularly with the amount of tension these provide.
Only downside is that they don't come with a carry bag, but aside from that these are an excellent addition to your fitness setup, particularly if you want to take something on holiday with you to continue to exercise while you're away.

Great quality bands
My main goal at the time of purchasing was to assist with dips as my core isn't quite there yet. I can see them lasting me a long time and look forward to trying each band.
