I have utilised raised heel squats with kettlebells for several years and historically used a DIY solution of two steel square plates balanced on push-up handles to achieve a 45-degree angle. Although this worked, it was never 100% safe when wet and never felt completely stable even when dry.
After buying these from Gravity Fitness, they are the perfect solution for anyone who wants to do raised heel squats. They are a lot denser, heavier and more stable than you would think, this helps provide added stability. In addition, the ability to set 3 different angles works well.

With restricted ankles holding me back from effective leg work these have been really helpful. Simply by having the strong base has helped. Of course I could use weight plates etc. but the difference with these have been comfort and stability 💪

These ramps are solid AF and it’s great to have the different heights. I personally think everyone should have these for training legs. Especially those with terrible dorsiflexion like myself
