If you want to train dips properly, you need dip bars you can rely on. The Gravity Fitness Wall Mounted Dip Bars are heavy-duty, space-saving dip bars designed for calisthenics training at home, in a gym, or outdoors.
The 42mm diameter bars are deliberately thicker than parallettes or a pull-up bar, so they’re more comfortable on your wrists for dips, weighted dips, L-sits, handstand work, support holds and more.
We’ve also built these to take serious load. The bars have been tested to 250kg and use heavy-duty wall fixings (supplied) for a secure installation as long as they’re fitted correctly.
The wall anchors aren’t an afterthought - we looked into different fixing options until we found ones that would give you a strong, reliable set-up to match the quality of the bars.
They're built for indoor or outdoor use, but we thought a lot of people would use them outside so made the bars zinc and powder coated to protect from the elements all year round.
The bars arrive fully assembled, so there's nothing to do other than fix them to the wall. Choose your height and width, mark and drill your fixing points, and securely install the bars to a suitable brick wall.
Please note: the supplied wall anchors are designed for suitable brick walls. Never install into mortar. Always check your wall and installation requirements before fitting.
