This is the one we'd pick if we were starting again. The rack gives you pull-ups and dips with no drilling. The rings hang straight off it for rows and support holds. The bands get you through your first pull-up and keep earning their place long after. And the app ties it all together, so you always know what to train next.
What can I train with it?
Pull-ups, chin-ups, dips, leg raises, inverted rows, ring rows, support holds and band-assisted work, from your first session. As you get stronger, move on to lever progressions and weighted work.
Is it right for me?
It's the best all-round start if you have about 1.2 x 1.2 m of floor space and want more than a door bar. The rack is built for strict, controlled reps, so it isn't suitable for kipping or muscle-ups.
