Push-Up Challenge – Terms & Conditions

By registering for and participating in the Gravity Fitness Push-Up Challenge, you agree to the following:

1. Participation
You confirm that you are physically able to take part in the challenge and participate at your own risk. You should stop immediately if you feel unwell, experience pain or feel unable to continue. Gravity Fitness, Born Active Limited and its partners will not be responsible for injury, loss or damage except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

2. Filming & Photography
The event may be photographed, filmed and/or audio recorded. Where you have provided media consent, you give Gravity Fitness, Born Active Limited and its partners permission to capture and use your image, likeness, voice and participation.

3. Use of Content
Content captured at the event may be edited, reproduced and used by Gravity Fitness, Born Active Limited and its partners for advertising, marketing, social media, websites, email, digital advertising, PR and other promotional purposes worldwide.

You understand that this content may be published publicly and may remain available online after publication. You will not receive payment or royalties for its use.

4. Challenge Rules
Participants must follow the challenge rules and any reasonable instructions given by the event team. Gravity Fitness may refuse or end participation where necessary for safety, fairness or inappropriate behaviour.

5. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Gravity Fitness and its partners accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property except where required by law.

6. Under 18s
Anyone under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate. A parent or legal guardian must provide consent before identifiable images or footage of a minor are used for promotional purposes.

7. Personal Data & Marketing
Information collected through registration will be used to administer the challenge and manage your participation. Marketing communications will only be sent where permitted by applicable law and you can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

8. Changes or Cancellation
Gravity Fitness may amend, postpone or cancel the challenge where reasonably necessary, including for safety, operational reasons or circumstances outside its control.

9. Organiser
The Gravity Fitness Push-Up Challenge is operated by Born Active Limited, trading as Gravity Fitness.
