To be clear, the Gravity Fitness Freestanding Pull Up Bar is a monster. Designed to replicate the size, stability, and versatility of a calisthenics park, it gives you the freedom to train advanced calisthenics at home without being limited by a low bar or lightweight frame.
2.2m high and over 60kg when assembled, it’s seriously solid. The large footprint with huge gusset reinforcements mean you can pull, swing, and kip with total confidence. No fear of this rack wobbling or moving.
The height makes this rack ideal for ring training, dead hangs, and full-extension pull-ups. And if you want to learn the human flag, we’ve built that in too. The flag poles have four height positions, so you can set them up to match your training and build.
Want even more from your rack? Add the optional dip bar attachments, with three height options. They slide into place in seconds and give you a stable setup for dips and other upper-body movements.
This is built to stay outside all year round, but you could have it in the garage or home gym if you’ve got the space. The steel is fully zinc coated and the rubber bungs stop water getting inside the frame.
