The Gravity Fitness Wall Mounted Calisthenics Bundle combines our heavy-duty Wall Mounted Pull-Up Bar and Wall Mounted Dip Bars, giving you a permanent training station capable of covering almost your entire upper body and core — while saving money compared with buying both separately.
Use the pull-up bar for pull-ups, chin-ups, hanging leg raises, muscle-ups, front and back levers, weighted work, kipping and freestyle movements. Then move to the dip bars for dips, weighted dips, L-sits, support holds, handstand work and more.
Both products have been designed specifically with calisthenics in mind.
The pull-up bar features a 32mm crossbar and additional clearance from the wall, giving you the space needed for dynamic movements, levers and freestyle training. The dip bars use 42mm diameter handles, providing a comfortable and secure platform for pressing and support work.
And neither product is built light.
Both have been tested to a maximum user weight of 250kg when correctly installed, making them suitable for everything from beginner bodyweight training through to serious weighted calisthenics.
We’ve also zinc coated and powder coated both products for increased protection against the elements, so you can build your set-up indoors or outside.
Heavy-duty wall anchors are supplied with both products, so once they're securely installed you've got a simple, permanent training station without taking up valuable floor space.
Please note: supplied wall anchors are designed for suitable solid brick walls. Never install into mortar. Always check your wall and installation requirements before fitting and follow the supplied assembly instructions.
